I wish you could give negative stars as these people are not worthy of one! We dropped off 3 bags of clothes and were given 2 back at the time of pick up. They were 10 pounds less than when we dropped them off. The old man said to call tomorrow and ""she never make mistake."" I called today and the broad said it was because our towels were wet when we dropped them off - which they werent! We are missing mens jeans, about 20 boxers (who would want someone elses underwear?!?!), and a bunch of shirts. I called and she was RUDE and said she would call me back or I should call her later. ...
