Ultimately I went to the Northridge store to switch out my bag, but it all started with Aimee in Topanga. Super friendly and knowledgable I learned some new things about Coach bags! Next time I need some Coach I will be back to this location. That's how you reel in customers in the long haul! Excellent customer service and a great attitude.

THANK YOU. Thank you dear lord for providing me an alternative to the Northridge Coach. Not only is the store bigger, but it carries more high end products and accessories. Love this Coach store the staff is extremely sweet and helpful and they don't feel like they are pressuring you into a sale.
