Great downtown hotel

The location was perfect for attending an event at Toyota Center. The staff was top notch as were the facilities. The room itself was clean, well appointed and had luxurious beds where we slept like babies. I hope to have a reason to return soon - I may even just make one up!

Weird chemical odor in the halls and room. Trash wasn't emptied, i still had a wrapper and receipt that i had thrown away 2 days prior and it was never emptied. I brought my own shower items but i did use the hotel bar soap and it wasnt thrown away or changed out all week that i stayed.
