I have loved living here for the past 5 years. Maintenance is speedy, Assistant Manager and leasing agent are friendly and it's in a great location. No problems.

Many smokers in the area, overcrowded, tiny parking spaces. Read the small print of contract and forms and request information in advance before signing or they will hoodwink you into giving them money for free!

this place is a rat place. you caught rat/rats today, tomm there'll be new ones running around your own space; you can also find rat poops everywhere esp kitchen drawers. thin walls, noisy upstairs, and some nossy neighbors too! i had very bad experience living over 3 yrs paying big $/month in this apartment (not worth it)...I'm glad me&my family's outta there...whhheeewww...i can breath better...

I love my apartment, feel safe here. Apartment is well kept, and maintainance is always done in a timely manner. The fireplaces are a great bonus as are the in apartment landry closets.
