the appliance are cheap rent is high been here for 8 yrs because there is not other way the only thing nice about club mira lago is the lake, the gym is super old, it is always problem with kids going there and not able to lift the weight ... the playground is dirty the only place that is neat in the area around the show room so they can snatch new resident... i wish i could move but i dont...

These apartments have toxic mold. Management lies and tries to hide it. Our family has become very sick due to this. We have to pay extra for supposed new cabinets which is really just the same old moldy cabinets covered with glued on…

Maintenace guys are good. People don't clean up after their dogs. All three apartments in my unit had plumbing leaks. My... apartment has mold as a result. Neighbor had barking dog that went on for hours which kept my son awake late making it hard for him to concentrate in school. Playground is a deathtrap. Fences are broken and even hazardous.
