Club 383 is the old Sapphire Lounge - a now defunct "swingers club" located in the back of a shopping center on A1A near Federal Highway. It has been tastefully re-done as a neighborhood lounge and the new owners have kept the old sound & light system, but it has definately lost that chic, upscale, intimate club appearance!
