I have ordered from Cloz in the past and gotten labels that were great. I placed an order recently and it was not the same. The font size on the labels was illegible. I called to see if anything could be done (exchange or at least have someone point me in the right direction). Before I could finish explaining, the rep snapped at me, ""It explains everything on the website! What do you want from me?"" What I want is better customer service and not to be snapped at when I was not being combative. I am disappointed with this company and their products are no longer what they used to be. ...

I wish I had an alternative for our camp uniforms!

I spent over $1300 on required camp logo'd clothing and items for my kids, who are going for the first time to a camp that requires certain items to have the camp logo. I ordered in April, received email confirmation of my order right away, and was told several weeks later that my items should ship in mid-May and not to worry re: getting items in time for Baggage pickup on 6/18.

I then received multiple emails telling me some items were backordered, then would spend 30-50 minutes on several phone calls trying to find out a ship date, as it got to be June! Was told a few items were...

I have dealt with the cloz customer in person and alot of the customer either one do not now what they want or they do not listen. You get your select few who place order on the web and never complete it. That frustrating because their order do not start processing until they finish and some customer take a month to complete an order. I understand the company make some mistake, but the customer is not always correct. Take it from "" a customer"".

This is about the 10 year I have ordered from Cloz, and find they clearly do not improve with age.
They continually relate bad information, ship incomplete, and make the follow up process beyond tedious.
""The customer is always right"" has never entered their thought process. I was told my daughters camp gear would ship this past Saturday. I was assured of that. It's Tuesday afternoon and when I called to follow up I am told it will go ""maybe sometime this week"". When asked for more specifics I'm told ""We have 300 orders---it will be at least tomorrow before I get back to you.""
