I got a lifetime powertrain warranty with my vehicle and its so awesome, if my engine blows up and I only pay a 100$ deductible and get a new engine. This warranty is good as long as I own the vehicle!

I have bought three vehicles from them. Each time, my experience got worse. The initial buying the vehicles were fine. Fair prices, Paul Carpenter is easy to get along with. The service center is horrible. Communication between sales and service center is horrible. Communication between myself and the service center is pointless. I'd have an appointment and they would always have to reschedule....
