Help us make it rightI took my puppy to this shop a couple times. The last time i got her back with a knot on her head. Since then she has become very timid and scares easily. I don't know if she will ever be the same. I'm now scared to take my animal anywhere. I may even start grooming her myself. ='(
I have been taking my pomeranian to Clippers and Dippers for 5 years now, and have always been happy with the service, and so has Baby! I've never smelled smoke, either! Jen loves my baby as much as I do, and I can tell by how much she loves to go in the door. Great Grooming, GREAT STAFF!
The owner, Jenny, Smokes while grooming our animals. Mine and many other clients of hers have picked up our canines and they reek of cigerette smoke. As far as I know; Jenny is the only groomer in this shop who smokes.
