Just called to verify my 1st time groom appointment and was told " if you made appointment there is appointment " as if So Anoid to check. I told the short agitated lady on the line, never mind i wouldn't leave my pet there for anything.

Really like taking my dog Winslow here. He's a large breed but they handle him well and he always comes home happy. The receptionist is always pleasant.
