Always rude and dishonest. You can count on being over charged. You can also count on feeling like they are doing you a favor by treating your pet.

Back in yesterday with both of our dogs- one big, one small. It takes both my boyfriend and I to take our dogs to the vet so working out a time for us to get in was difficult with our differing schedules. It had to be late.
