Scheduled an appointment for service at 1:00 and by 3:00 no sign of the technician. Called the office and was told that they were very busy and wanted to reschedule. Climate Pros never had the courtesy to even call to tell me that they never planned on showing up. I don't have patience for poor customer service. Stayed home from work to make the appt. Thanks for having zero respect for my time.
