Dr. Whitesell himself make and extremely positive impression on my first appointment. Great bedside manner and very thorough in his descriptions and explanations. His nurse was supposed to schedule a biopsy within a couple of weeks from my appointment. Office staff is terrible. They give out tons of wrong information and wait until the last minute after you have cancelled other appointments to call and tell you that they cannot see you at the time they scheduled.
