I lived in the place a couple times. First time the place was good second time wsas not as great. I kept trying to pay rent but they didn't want my money. High turnover rate plus they never fixed a thing. Not worth the time or cash. Also bed bugs were found in a few apartments

This apartment will definitely teach you how to better your future search for a place to live. The maintenance here is slow. They never fix everything. The hallways are not the cleanest places. They dislike you using (and somtimes block off) the one alley that is convenient for unloading groceries even though the management can use it to park for a period of time. Chose this apartment when moving to Ohio for school. Was promised new carpets. Was told two days before I was supposed to start my lease that that was no longer happening. Surprise charges not advertised such as A/C and pet fee. Friend was shown the apartment in the middle of July, was wrecked, promised everything would be cleaned.
