what did you think "I contacted them immediately" mean?
that was not the ONLY time.  when i got no reply to my emails (i have copies if you'd like to see them
all you need to do is: Ask.) i went to Paypal, after waiting close to two weeks, Paypal decided, "since
it was not a physical item, on line "download"......" and gave up using that excuse.  since i have no one handing me forty...

Cleverbridge is an "online" business that sells variety of programs to make life easier..... bought and paid for a software  but i could not download because my machine is not compatiblewith it.within minutes i sent an email and told them what was going on.  they replied and asked me to call.i replied and told them i cannot use the phone because i am deaf.....maybe they didn't like that...... ...
