I'm not sure where the bad review is coming from. I lived with these guys for about 4 years, and out of all of the rental companies, I've ever had, clear lake condos, has been, by-far, the best. If I ever had complaints, they were there to fix them. In fact I spoke with the OWNER himself upon one of my renewals. The dishwasher detergent "door" stopped latching one day. I lived here for THREE YEARS. Never late, never partial payment. The rent was always increasing, so many unsupervised children running around all the time who did major damage to multiple vehicles of mine and a few neighbors.
