DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY! This company is anything but honest. I got ripped off for over $4,000.00. Was told by an employee they were with the BBB in good standing & this was far from the truth. I had an emergency & called The Cleaner Image because they were local & what an expensive mistake!

This is a horrible shady company. DO NOT USE. I scheduled carpet and air duct cleaning based on a coupon price. I made an appointment to have a sofa cleaned. The advertisement stated the charge was $79.24 found in the 2011 McKinney/Allen yellow pages. The receptionist said they would still honor ad. This company is a complete a joke! We had our carpets cleaned, and due to the amount of water used, our tile bordering our family room has now buckled. They came out and denied all responsibility. I spoke with the owner, Tony, and was shocked how rude and disrespectful he was. Do NOT do business with these crooks!

Called company to clean my air ducts. Made appointment for a Saturday and gave me a price of $10 a register (10) and $129 for the a/c unit itself. They called the morning of service and said someone will be out to discuss my service. First flag, i thought we had already discussed price but went a head with service. A salesman came to my home and inspected my a/c unit, ducts and registers. He said they were in real bad shape, maybe the worst he has seen??? Mold, meldew and dirt built up over years. So he wrote up a service order for EVERTHING that I needed to clean my ducts and a/c unit....
