I called several on this list all wanted me to purchase a new furnace. I needed a blower motor or so I was told. Instead they took it out and serviced in repacked bearings, balanced and it runs silent, the mother was strong and did not need to be replaced. It did not cost $900 or above that others on this list suggested. An honest service and repair person who actually knows how to repair things.

Out of three contractors I called, Ralph was the only one who actually took the time to get on the roof and look at the job. He explained my choices clearly and in a friendly and respectful manner. His prices were competitive. The work was done as scheduled and he helped me find a roofer to do the sealing of the unit on the roof. I was pleased with his work as well..

Clean Air provided a competitive quote, about the same as others but the Whirlpool water heater had a 12 year warranty, the longest offered by any of the other companies. They came when they said they would, did a nice clean install and removed the old unit. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

They were more concerned about their rating than doing a good job. They refused to install my dishwasher and left it in the middle of my kitchen because they thought I would not give them a good rating.
