I really enjoy going to clay time. I love creating works of art - OK so perhaps art is in the eye of the beholder - but I love doing the work. The staff is very helpful. I have gone solo as well as with a group. It is a fun way to spend a few hours.

This place is closed as of November 2013. Tried to go with a friend and her son, we were sad to find it unavailable. There is a similar shop in Chantilly off Metrotech Dr near the K-Mart.

We absolutely loved this pottery store! The atmosphere was great for the kids. Relaxing. Not crowded. Spacious store. We didn't feel rushed with the kids. The owner was not only friendly but helpful with tips and very accommodating, especially with kids! Also there was fast turn around for when the pottery was ready to be picked up.

Claytime is such an incredible place! I can create something unique as a gift or for the house and let the week melt away. I'm there every week just to enjoy the creative time. The owner/manager Kathy is so creative and tries to help each person create something that inspires them.

It's fascinating that two people had such bad experiences considering that I've seen multiple parties at Claytime and have witnessed nothing but the utmost respect for customers and guests. (I wonder if the people were from the same party since the descriptions sound the same and the ""anonymous guy writing...
