Classy cab arrived late and in a “hooptie” with a friend - waved them by and called UBER...Arrived in 10 min....missed the wedding....Thanks to Classy Cab and our decision to call them....

Totally unreliable. This company does not take reservations. Their poor, on-the-fly operations left my 18-year-old daughter stranded and alone at night in an unsafe part of town for over an hour: Called an hour in advance as requested by the company. They gave no indication of a problem. When the cab was about 15 min late, the company was called and said my daughter’s ride was the next to...

I called and made reservations two days in advance. The first trip was scheduled for 5:15 pm on Friday evening. It was a short trip but since it was cold we decided to ride instead of walk. The weather was bad on Friday, so I called at 5:15 pm to see if the cab was on the way. The person answering the phone said that he would check and he put me on hold. They are-40% more expensive than a normal taxi (although they are still metered,) but they answer their phone, have clean new cars, are friendly, and show up on time. Try doing that trick with Yellow Cab.\r
