Complaint Description:
PAID for them to clean-THEY WERE NO SHOWS!!! I Waited 7 hours for them. They never contacted me to tell me they wouldn't be coming!! Didn't answer their phone and when they do they have poor phone manner. TODAY I had to wait for their "window" from 7am-12 noon which is REALLY out of the standard 2 hours...they said they'd be here within those hours. Got up at 6 am to prepare for them. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP NOR DID THEY CALL TO TELL ME THEY WEREN'T GOING TO SHOW UP. I waited 7 hours!!! Tried to call them but got a message machine which is ALWAYS the case. The "boss" is rude and apparently doesn't keep things straight. Don't use these people for cleaning
