We hired Classic Tile to redo our pool with Pebble Sheen, new deck-o-seal, a new pump and booster and repair work to our pump in March of 2011. The customer service and professionalism was great until they recieved their last installment from us. Once they were paid, the service and professionallism was HORRIBLE. They forgot some deck-o-seal work and needed to repair a couple sections that were of poor quality. The section forgotten (but already paid for) was completed after weeks of calling and prodding, but the repairs were NEVER completed as they told us that the deck-o-seal work was not...
