I ordered a party through Larissa "Flower shop". We agreed on $50 per arrangement, and that they were to be all white cupcake arrangements, with a dark blue bow. That's all. I came to pick them up and they were hideous!!!! she barely used any carnations, she added DEAD flowers that looked like she picked off the side of the road, Weird blue flowers sticking up from the top. It was horrible, Ugly, dead. I didn't know what to do. She offered to redo the arrangements, and deliver them to Chicago for me. Then i get the bill in the mail, she tried to up the price of the arrangements to $75 each, and add a delivery charge. I will never be using her again. and Is trying to help save everyone from this unprofessional "Florist"
I would never order flowers from this florist... upon receiving the ordered bouquet the flowers were not what I ordered, nor was it in the correct vase. Their "substitution" policy must have the florist believing they can do whatever they want, because we did NOT get what I ordered. Very disappointed in this florist, will not be ordering flowers again. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
