First time visiting with a 'Community Welcome' pass, meaning a complimentary cut and manicure. The building itself is extremely outdated, and reminds me of my grandmother's civil-war-era home with rickety creaking floors and cracked ceiling plaster. Once you get past the hideous wallpaper and 1980s sinks, my stylist was amazing! Amanda was very patient with what I wanted, suggested some options...
