Spent $13,000 on a patio that started falling apart in a few months. Travis can't seem to find the time to return my texts or phone calls.

I had them replace a patio for me in the Fall of 2011. Within 3 months it cracked and then started chipping off in chunks! I have contacted Travis multiple times and left countless messages to which he is not responding. I filed a complaint with the BBB and he did not respond to that either! I would not recommend this company all! They do not do quality work and they do not stand behind their...
