AC went out a day before 220 were to arrive. Classic came out the next day and found the problem. To double check I had another estimate. The compeitior was a little cheaper but were scheduling out 3 weeks where as Classic could do the job in a few days. I went with Classic and they arrived when they said they would with two people. My ac was blowing out hot air so I called a few repair people. The rep (Brian) understood the urgency and sent a tech within the hour! Impressive. Turns out that it was something minor. I appreciate the honesty and I highly recommend this company.

Russel is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. While I didn't get to hire him to do the job, I would. Actually, I plan to in the summer.

I would hope the repair person was nicer and more understanding than the person who answered the phone. You can have a bad day, or be swamped with calls, but when you can't and won't answer a simple question that another service provider answered gladly, you don't *need* the business, but you'll *take* the business. And, typically, there's a big gap between "how can I help you" and "do you want...
