Best place to go for a cold drink, amazing burgers and some of the friendliest people around! The atmosphere and décor just add to your visit!

Clasens is an original historic tavern, apart from its history like Al Capone blowing up the safe, the prohibition part...ies and what went on in the basement.....it has great live piano bar entertainment, good wines, fun martini's and the best burgers in Illinois..!!!See More

What can I say? This place is the best! You have never had a Burger till you've eaten at Clasen's. The sizes vary between 1/3 lb to a 1/2 lb ...I think they even have a 1 pounder if you're an animal. It is decorated in 1930's style with Tin cielings and a beautiful back-bar. The prices are great, the waitresses are friendly but sometimes when the place is busy, the wait can be a little...
