I am highly disappointed with how Billy Dunlop park was handled for the Cub Scouts event this week. I would think you all would want to keep the children of the community safe and have the park closed to the public for the week or at least until 3:30 when they leave! I actually witnessed someone driving awfully fast in a Jeep over the grass area where the boys were retiring the flag! What if...
If you say a park is closed for a planned event and then change that because someone is too cheap to pay to use the pools, or drive to another park (and complain) then you should enforce some kind of parking and speed limits.
