the ground floor apartment would back up human waste from under the toilet. we physically had to clean up the crap. their solution: they put caulking around the bottom which eventually gave way to more waste coming out when anybody in any apartment above us flushed.BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Hello,

I've been a Living in one of their properties for 5 years now and all I can say is they are great landlords. The onsite maintenance staff is the best and anytime we have had a problem in our unit they are here within 5 min. Very very pleased and highly reccomended.

I've been living in their properties since moving in with my mother in 1992.I have found everyone very professional and the maintence staff very attentive. My mom has since passed away however I plan to stay for many years to come. I give them an A rating.
