I needed to buy a Delta faucet repair kit for my leaky bathroom faucet, so I thought I would give them a try. I didn't take the faucet apart before going to the hardware store, which could have been a big mistake. However, Mark asked me several questions about my faucet, and proceeded to find exactly what I needed to fix it! Got home and followed the enclosed directions and had the repair done...

I needed a Milwaukee battery warrantied, so I shipped it to them, and Mark, from East Street Hardware and Tools, warrantied and shipped it back to me right away. What a great service and friendly people. I highly recommend East st Hardware and Tools.
