Really cannot rate.A friend recommended this hotel, but when you call the toll free number it rings one time then disconnects. Have tried from multiple phones (land and cell) at different times without success. Apparently something is wrong with their phones and it has not been fixed in the past 24 hours

We've stayed at this hotel every year for the last 12 years on our way to our vacation week in Arkansas. We've always been so happy with the experience and that is why we come back year after year. Staff friendly and helpful BUT...

Though the staff was very helpful, this place needs serious work. The ice machines dripped leaving the carpets wet. The walls and ceilings had visible mould on them. The glasses at the bar reeked of cigars. This place is a health hazard
