The police are always there. The neighborhood it's less then nice. I could always hear people screaming profanity at their children. The place does do the trick to get you out of a tight. I wouldn't live there again. When ever I called the of.fice I got attitude

This was a very nice place to live while we were in NH. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My husband, myself and our 9 month old daughter have been trying to get in here. It is friggen ridiculous!!! Doing credit checks...what kinda -------- crap is that!?!?! This is HUD, section 8, family whatever they wanna call it housing. 9 times outta 10 I guarantee that people trying to get in here have rough credit. It is ridiculous what they require.....God yuck....so annoying. They should...

I lived at claremont manor apartments from 1992 - 1999. any problem I had was fixed in a timely manor. Clean. Would recommend to anyone and would live there again myself if i ever needed to.
