POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Took my computer in to check for virus. I explained I was getting error messages when online and I was unable to complete installation of my antivirus program. Their communication was poor, first they gave me the wrong information mistaking me for another customer. They replaced the power supply, which had been already previously replaced.
