I am only rating one star because I don't have the option of giving ZERO stars! This "doctor" kept my elderly parents waiting for about an hour while she and her secretary were trying to figure out computer stuff! In fact, she was complaining about how poorly hospital computers run, etc. There were no other patients there. My parents could see and hear her! Disgusting! I guess this may be...
