Call them to come give us an estimate on repairing a window in our house. Set up an appointment. They neither showed up or bothered to call an cancel. Won't be calling them again.

I was given a qoute quickly and from the time I ordered the window it only took 2 days. The installer was great and had it all finished within 45 minutes. Would recommend to anyone.
