I've lived here for almost three years now, and you definitely pay for the amenities such as the jacuzzi, movie room, and the okay looking gym. The rooms are small for what you pay for, but it is an ideal location right downtown. I love that it has a washer and dryer in the unit, but parking is absolutely terrible, making each individual car pay for $50 a month is ridiculous. I love how secure...
