WTF is wrong with these people? My father went to this location in Streamwood yesterday to make a withdrawal. After waiting an hour, they told him he could not make a withdrawal (why the F not?)...

Store Review: Ugh long lines and difficult location to get into. This is the closest location for citibank when I am out in the suburbs and I can honestly say that I do not look forward to going...
