Great service and bankers, manager is also very welcoming and helpful. Do make an appointment first if you need help from a banker otherwise might ending up waiting a long time.

Always a line, never answer their phone, and a completely useless and belligerent manager. I'm pretty sure there's some racism against non Asians going on here.
