I went there being a client for more that 20 years to get change , I waited more than 30 Minutes to get quarters , staff is friendly . Branch Manager couldn't be careless . I left with no change .

DO NOT USE CITI They will eventually close your account without notice for whatever reason they see fit. One that happens All the points you’ve been accumulating in your Thank You points account will be forfeited and they will not speak to you over the phone. ‬
