Though the tellers have good customer service, there's never enough of them! The bankers have TERRIBLE service & RUDE as HELL! And its never enough of them as well!

Why have I been in this place for almost one hour and almost 15 minutes for something really simple. Customer service obviously is not a priority!

Employees are nice but so unconcerned about customers . Sitting here going on 15 minutes with 4 other people waiting behind me and one (1) person working at personal banking ?? There were 3 people at desks when I walked in . Just awful, awful service . Can't help wondering if it would be different in a different locale? Branch manager needs to be spoken to!
