Citibank

First of all I never signed up for paperless statements. Secondly, how am I supposed to know how much is my first payment on my credit card and when is it due without a statement? Today I was charged late fee even though I check my account almost everyday and the customer service representative won't wave the first late payment fee! Paying off the credit card and won't ever use it again!
