Why would a non client want to open an account here when they are treated so poorly with service we are made to wait a very long time in order to get service just because we don’t have an account with Citibank and they only have one person to handle non client account while Stefanie Chan takes a long time to help one client the other tellers help many clients I would never open an account here...
