Noel was very nice. He couldn't fix my problem the first day. The following day he got the correct tool and came back immediately to get the job done. That never happens!

Great little computer repair shop in the Canarsie area...After having months of trouble, my lap top computer screen finally went dark. I dropped off my lap top and received a call the next day that it was ready for pickup. Quick, friendly service and the cost wasn't too bad.

This is the most unprofessional business I've ever encountered. My experience with them was disaterous from start to finish. Take my advice and if you need a computer repaired, save yourself the aggrevation and go elsewhere!!

I'm one of those people that know I should back up my stuff, and never do. So when my computer just shut down out of nowhere the other day, I was in full panic mode. I looked up the closest places that do IT repair and came across CinqTech. I am SO SO grateful to these guys now!!!! When I called to tell them my problem, they sent a tech to pick up my computer right away. Just within a few hours...
