Cinnamon is the culmination of Mahendra Singh's years of training, hard work and experience in running restaurants all over the world. He has dreamed of running his own establishment since he began his training in Jaipur.

Cinnamon is an Indian restaurant in Morris Plains. It specializes in food from all over the Indian subcontinent. The decor is authentic Indian, with ornate statues and portraits decking the walls. Please call for a reservation, as the restaurant can become quite busy, especially on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
