A great place for breakfast & sandwiches. They have great bagels, wonderful coffee & delicious desserts. Very quick service which helps during a busy lunch time.

This location of Cindi's is convenient for me since I find myself in the Addison area a lot. Pros: Great service. Good coffee. Awesome fruit topping on waffles. Stupidly delicious pancakes. Cons: We thought they served us frozen Eggo waffles...iHop waffles are 10x better.
