One of the best French restaurants in the outer Los Angeles area. The Canard a L'Orange (duck) is superb, and the wine list (comprised of both domestic and French) is excellent.

We eat here occasionally in order to have a change away from our very favorites. Owner run and operated, the French chef comes by to say "hi." Food is generally good but not spectacular. No problems with service.

We were two senior couples on a Sunday night. The folks at Cigale seated us graciously even though we had not made reservations. I really like their menu selections here. I wanted to take my wife out for her birthday along with our family and a couple of friends. There is a short list of places I would consider and I decided on Cigal Cafe. There were 10 of us and the service was good for a group that size, but the food was exceptional. We have never been disappointed...
