DO not live here unless you want to constantly worry about someone breaking into the garage. It allows access to the transients that live outside. We had 4K worth of damage to our brand new car because there is no active security for the building. Simply a concierge that can only monitor the cameras a few minutes a day. The building is brand new, with an amazing set of amenities that are mostly top notch, but not everything is as perfect as it could be, especially for the prices being charged.

Beautifully constructed building with modern finishes and all the amenities you could want in an apartment. They range from a full gym on the 31st floor overlooking all of Seattle to fun lounges housing shuffle board and a pool table. Very friendly staff and a great location! Two thumbs up!!!
