The management team were doing an excellent job that night. Even though for cicis it's a busy night, the management had it under control. I am very sad to see this Cicis location leave. It's close to my house and had way better food than the North Rainbow location. I hope their staff remains employed at the other locations. I hate to see this great staff loose their jobs.

I was very impressed by the manager. A lady said they were out of forks and the manager apologized for that and offered her a plastic fork so she did not have to wait. The lady very Rudely said to her I don't want plastic that's insulting. I did not see that she did anything wrong. I am a manager at a restaurant and want you to know it upsets me when I see people getting treated like that for...
