More travel up and down Highway 99 in recent weeks and another stop along the Highway Trail in Modesto. Phoenix Pho is a small place hustling out bowls of Pho and other specialties. This restaurant is now the Phoenix Noodle House, same owners as ciao bella, same great service. Plus the food is amazing!!! i think its Vietnamese??

I wrote a review for Ciao Bella when I ment it to be for Ettouffe. So if you read the one about the place closing on new years eve, that was Ettouffe. Because Ettouffe closed at the last minute, we went here, Ciao Bella for NY Eve dinner. The worst Italian food I have ever eaten. My whole group of 4, felt the same way. We had chicken alfredo, that was so thick and gooey, I could not eat...
