Skip Chuck's Westside Grill -- truly mediocre burgers and fries at best -- and high prices. Much, much better burgers can be found at "Mooyah" on Park, just west of Willowbend Mall or at JC's Burgers on Preston (before you get to Stonebriar) or at Gazeebo Burger (Parker/Tollway.) Don't waste your time or money at Chuck's.

Wow I had a great time eating out here with family & friends. I highly recommend it if you live near by this place. GREAT PLACE!!! and GREAT FOOD!!!

questionable customer service

My 3 boys and I were standing in line, waiting to place our orders. They are 15, 12, and 11. All three are honor students, sensitive types, considered ""best behaved"" by their teachers. The woman at the register was talking to another customer who had a lot of questions about take-out and catering. We waited patiently. After a while, when it appeared we might not be waited on any time soon, the boys began playing with the business cards on the counter. They got 1 each and began to offer them to one another: ""my card"", ""my card"". They were being silly but they weren't ripping up...

Go to Chuck`s for a place that serves you an American cuisine. Expect the average entrée to cost under $8.
